As you’ve already seen splayed across my header, I’m Jessica. Three years ago, I left my job as a reporter at a daily newspaper in the great Garden State to work toward a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication in Boston. I finished the degree and successfully landed what’s arguably the sweetest marketing gig in the world. (If you’re curious enough, you’ll look me up on LinkedIn and see what I mean.) I miss writing, though, and that’s what this blog is all about. There’s really no rhyme, reason or theme to it; I just like rambling.
Obviously, the views, opinions and crazy rants expressed here do not reflect those of my employer, alma mater, women’s fraternity, family, friends or likely any other sane persons.
Other things you should know: Given the choice, I choose the beach every time; just about every meal I consume involves cheese and carbs; and I still take my teddy bear to bed with me every night, even at the ancient age of 28.
